Source sees Ukrainian grain-loaded ship examined in Istanbul Wed
ISTANBUL, Aug 2 (PRIME) -- The first ship carrying the Ukrainian grain from the port of Odessa will be security checked in Istanbul on Wednesday, a source familiar with the situation told PRIME on Tuesday.
“The vessel is expected to arrive in Istanbul in the middle of the day today. On Wednesday, it is to be examined with participation of all the parties of the Coordination center in Istanbul,” the source said.
On July 22, the participants of negotiations on the Ukraine grain exports reached an agreement, and safe corridors to export the grain were expected to appear in two weeks.
